EHVC SECRETARY

After some 25 years in the role, I have concluded the time is approahing for me to 'pass on the baton' as Secretary for the EHVC.
I have therefore decided to stand down at the AGM in April 2024 from my positions both as Director of the Club and Club Secretary.
The Board are aware of my decision. there is therefore, the need for a club member to volunter as a Club Director, be part of the management team and to take on the duties of the Secretary from next April.
Apart from arranging and recording meetings, the duties are principally internal and external communications involving EHVC Ltd, liaising with other members, organisations, media and the public over a variety of matters, to ensure the club operates in an efficent manner and continues to prosper.
Anyone who feels they may be interested in taking on the Secretary role, should get in touch with me, so i can bring them 'up to speed' with what is required.it is not an onerous job, but is one that needs regular input throughout the year.
